"Glad the Part Was Easy to Find"
I needed a new pump part and thought it was going to turn into one of those annoying searches where nothing is labeled right and you end up guessing. Thankfully, Hey Abby actually had the replacement listed, and support pointed me to the right one quickly, which was a relief.
The only thing that bugged me was the shipping. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, and of course my unit was just sitting there useless while I waited. Once it arrived, though, the part fit perfectly and got everything running again. Would’ve been 5 stars if delivery had been faster.
"Warranty process was actually smooth"
I had a small issue with my heyabby after using it for a few months, so I reached out to support not really knowing how it would go... They looked up my warranty, confirmed everything, and sent out the replacement part quickly. I didn’t have to argue with anyone or keep chasing them, which was a nice surprise. Happy with how easy the whole thing was...

"Pretty reliable once I stopped messing with it"
The automation on my heyabby setup has been solid so far. The lights and watering kick on when they’re supposed to, so I’m not hovering over it all day like I probably would be otherwise. I did have one little hiccup in the beginning, but that might’ve been on me during setup. Since then, it’s been running just fine.
"Pretty disappointed with the yield"
I used this for a full run, the yield was weak. The plants looked fine most of the way through, so I was expecting a lot more at the end, but the final amount was way lower than I hoped. Not sure what whoever runs this is doing, but it didn’t feel worth it for me.

"Support Took Their Sweet Time"
I reached out to support and then basically had time to start a new hobby while waiting for a reply. When they finally got back to me days later, the answers were vague, which was super helpful in the way that not being helped is helpful.
"Honestly, these lights surprised me"
I wasn’t really expecting them to be this good, but yeah, the lighting is great. My plants are getting nice even coverage, and I’m not seeing those weird dark spots I had with my old setup. It’s bright, but it doesn’t get crazy hot or anything. I’ve had it going for a few weeks now, and so far everything just looks healthier and happier
"Nice look, but a little crowded"
I first checked out the site sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and my first impression was that it looked clean. The colors are nice and the photos are solid too. After clicking around for a bit though, some pages felt a little busy, like there was just too much happening at once. It’s not a bad site at all, I just think a simpler layout would make it a lot easier on the eyes.
"Worth it overall, even with the setup fee"
I remember feeling a little hesitant when I saw the setup cost at first, like that small sting you get when something ends up being more than you expected. But after using it, the regular price feels fair, and overall I do think it’s good value for the money.

"Order was a mess"
My order was completely wrong. They sent me stuff I didn’t even ask for, and one item was missing altogether. I emailed them to get it sorted out, but these clowns took forever to fix it. Super annoying, and definitely not what I paid for

"Setup felt way harder than it needed to be"
Setting this up was a pain. It took me way longer than I expected because the instructions didn’t really match the parts I had in the box. At one point I started wondering if they made the guide vague on purpose so you’d just give up and look for extra help. Once I figured it out, it was fine, but the setup process was definitely frustrating...

The delivery showed up when they said it would, so that part was solid. No real issues with the process, though I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality until I’ve had more time with it

"Keeps humidity steadier than my old one"
So far it’s been working well. Compared to the one I was using before, the humidity seems to stay a lot more consistent, which is exactly what I needed.

They did end up fixing my issue, so I’m glad about that. The replies were kinda slow though, and I had to explain the same thing twice, which was a bit frustrating.

It’s quieter than I thought it would be, so I’ll give it that. There’s still a low hum though, and I do notice it. It’s not terrible, not bad really, but the hum is there, and once you hear the hum, you kind of keep hearing the hum...

"Bigger Than I Was Hoping"
I thought this would fit a little better in my apartment, but it ended up taking up more space than I expected. It’s not massive or anything, but the shape is kind of awkward, so finding a spot for it was more of a hassle than I planned. I had to shuffle a bunch of stuff around just to make it work — which, in a small place, is never fun. It does what it’s supposed to do, so there’s that, but space-wise I’m not super thrilled with it...

"Instructions really need to be clearer"
I ordered from Hey Abby and, I mean, the product itself is okay. It does what it’s supposed to do, but getting it set up was way more confusing than I expected.
A few steps felt like they were just missing, or not explained enough, so I ended up guessing and searching online to figure things out. And the pictures in the guide didn’t always match what I was actually looking at, which was... not super helpful.
For the price, I expected better setup instructions. It works now, so there’s that, but the whole process was annoying. Giving it 2 stars because the guide really needs work

I ordered from heyabby and the shipping was... fine, I guess. It definitely didn’t take forever, but I was kind of hoping it would show up a little faster than it did.
The tracking was slow to update at first, which made me wonder what was actually happening for a couple days. Once it finally started moving, everything went smoothly, so... not a huge deal.
The package arrived in good condition, so I can’t complain about that part. I just wish the delivery timing had been clearer before I ordered. Overall, 3 stars feels about right.

"Watering thing doesn’t really stay consistent"
I really did want to like this, but the watering system is just kind of not dependable. Some days it waters way too much, and then other days it’s like it barely did anything at all. I kept having to go check on it myself, which is pretty much the opposite of why I bought it. Also support took a while to get back, so that made it more annoying.

It keeps the smell mostly under control, so overall I’m happy with it. I just wish the instructions were a little clearer because I wasn’t totally sure if I was using it the right way at first.
